Mama's boy? You damn right.
We're nearing completion of our "Meet Our Moms" series at KUAM, and as dictated by seniority in reverse order, I'm second-to-the-last. So today, I did mine.
My mom and I are very close, so this was the story she would have wanted to see and give her a laugh. I shared this script beforehand with a couple friends, so I naturally got the whole "mama's boy" riffing. Being close to the person who carried and raised you and openly chronicling it in mainstream media? That's the stuff Emmys are made of. But more importantly, a fitting tribute. :-)

i second that awww. Being a mommy to a little boy, that really warms my heart. I hope my little one feels the same way about me when he's our age.
