Google Homepage API released
Google announced the free public API for its personalized portal page, the Google Homepage API. The intent is to have distant-end developers write custom modules for its directory using the base service that users can add to their customized page. I'm interested more in reverse engineering the kit to see how it approaches what ASP.NET 2.0 WebParts do for Start.com, and note the differences.
You've got to hand it to Google...they do make their stuff pretty easy to program against. The Google Maps API was a snap.
