Mapping mashups: StadiumFind.com, Seattle road construction

I found a couple of cool mapping mashups today:

• StadiumFind.com - displays Google Local satellite imagery of stadiums for pro sports teams , with colleges coming soon. Hopefully, the site will mature into a place that people can buy tickets for, get driving directions, buy pennants and stuff, etc. AdSense banners running across the bottom of the map are nice, but they're not synched with the locality you're looking at, so I could be looking at Madison Square Garden and see a banner for buying Sacramento Kings tickets.
  
• Washington State DOT (Seattle road construction) - this MSN Virtual Earth-powered app is geared to show various aspects of road repair, traffic flow, roadside webcams, etc.
